MORAL KIDS STORY BILL..
Bill kids moral story
What's Up, Mom?
Child: "What's up, Mom?" an eight-year-old child asked his mother.
Mother: "Well, when we buy something from someone or get some work done, they take money from us in exchange for the goods or work and give us a list of what we got or what work was done. That list is called the bill."
The child understood his mother's explanation well.
The Child's Bill..
Before going to bed that night, he placed a paper under his mother's pillow with an account of his day's activities:
Child's Paper:
- Brought goods from the shop: five rupees..
- Cleaned and took out Baba's bike: five rupees..
- Massaged Dadaji's head: ten rupees
- Found Ammi's keys for Grandmother: ten rupees
Total: Thirty rupees
"This is today's bill. It will be a blessing if you give it today."
The Mother's Response..
When the child woke up in the morning, he found thirty rupees under his pillow.
He was very happy and thought it was a great job. Then he noticed another paper next to the money.
Mother's Paper:
- Caring for you from birth till date: zero compensation
- Staying up all night when you were sick, holding you close and comforting you: zero.. compensation
- Sending you to school and helping with homework: zero compensation
- Feeding, clothing, and ironing from morning till night: zero.. compensation
- Fulfilling your demands: zero compensation
"That's the whole bill so far. Pay for it whenever you want."
The Child's Realization..
Tears filled the child's eyes. He went straight to his mother, bowed down at her feet, and started crying hard.
Child: "The price is not written in your bill. It is priceless. I will not be able to pay the price for it in my lifetime. Forgive me, dear mother."
Amy hugged her son, laughing.
